We offer printing, copying, and faxing services. Bring your library card to be placed on a public computer, or a $3.00 fee as a guest pass is offered without a library card.
Mailing: The Marion County Library is able to mail a limited amount of books to homes of patrons not comfortable venturing out. For more information, please call the library (573-769-2830).
Fines, Fees, & Donations
All late fines and fees are being waived at this time. If you receive a late notice or a fine, please disregard this notice.
The library is now accepting donations. Please call to schedule a time of drop off.
Safety Procedures
We have several new procedures in place to keep our patrons safe. Our library is open to the public. However, patrons will be asked to use hand sanitizer before browsing and will be asked to use a mask or face covering.
Our public computers are available for use, but use is limited to one hour. Computer areas will be disinfected after each use.
All returned materials MUST be placed in the outside drop box (EXCEPT electronic items such as iPads, Launchpads, Hotspots, CD players and headphones).
Programming
Currently, we are starting in-person library programs, but space is limited. This includes Story Time, Pizza & Pages, and Book Talk. You can call the library to get more information on these events.
